Payment & Refund Policy

Certain services, including the Automation Assessment ($1200), require payment in advance. All payments are processed securely. Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change with reasonable notice.

We stand behind our work with a 100% satisfaction guarantee on the Automation Assessment. If you complete the assessment and are not satisfied with the findings and recommendations delivered, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked.

Free services, including the time audit questionnaire, are provided at no charge and carry no refund obligation. Consulting engagements beyond the standard assessment are governed by separate agreements between the parties.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and methodologies, is the property of GetTimeBackNow and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.

Deliverables created specifically for your engagement—such as your custom audit report and workflow playbook—are yours to use freely within your business. We retain the right to use anonymized, aggregated insights from engagements to improve our services.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GetTimeBackNow and its principals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service—even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our recommendations are based on information provided by you and our analysis of your workflows. Results from implementing automation strategies will vary based on your specific circumstances, team, and execution. We make no guarantee of specific time savings or revenue outcomes.

In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the applicable courts.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
